6 days workout program performed in the Ponte de Sor Stadium and sorroundings. The experience aims to give you a touch of fitness practicing/learning to improve your Skills and have some good moments at the visited place. You shall not worry with your performance because Coach will follow your exercises and will adapt the workout to your skills and fitness level. The main competition is to balance your skills, aerobic exercise and make you feel happy and bring that to the football life. And, surely, Lisbon culture will make part of your schedule. GENERAL SCHEDULE: 🐺 9am - Stadium in morning 🐺 12pm - Reservation for lunch at restaurant selection list 🐺 3pm - Lifestyle/Exercises in selected outdoor places 🐺 6pm - Daily massage in Hotel 🐺 8pm - Reservation for dinner at restaurant selection list Remark: First day starts after lunch.
